😅 Arriving Late ⏰
I’m excited to spend time with you! Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we make the most of our time together. This includes finding parking, using the restroom, etc.
f you are not seated in the Ritual chair within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time we may need to reschedule your appointment and the cancellation fee will apply.
📆 Cancellation or Reschedule ✌🏻
I understand that sometimes things come up. We get sick, our pets or kids get sick, our cars break down, we get called in to work, we are human and sometimes shit just goes sideways!
Please try to give as much notice as possible and a reschedule is always preferable to a cancellation.
Cancellation Fee:
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% fee (charged to the card on file)
Flexible Payment Options:
Need flexibility? I’m open to installments within 30 days.
You must have a card on file to have your Ritual Reservation approved.
💇🏼♀️ Service Adjustments 🎨
I want you to not only be happy with your hair, I want you to LOVE your hair. I take pride in my work and your level of stoked matters to me! If you wear your hair for a few days or go through your normal wash and style routine and feel like it needs anything, don’t hesitate to reach out! Seriously, I’m here for it!
🫂 Safe Space: I know it can be hard to speak up while you are still in the chair. Please know I will never take it personally if you aren’t fully happy, everything can be adjusted!
The Timeline: Adjustment appointments must be on the books within 14 days of your original service.
Please text me within ONE WEEK to come in for your free adjustment; refunds are not offered on completed services.
🛍️ Apothecary Returns 🤝
I want you to be obsessed with your home care. If something is not working for your hair or scalp, text me first and we will troubleshoot. Most issues are simply technique, not you. 😘
Exchange only
Eligible items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. I do not offer cash refunds.
The “Jus Try It” guarantee
If your first exchange still is not the one, you may exchange your exchange one time. The goal is a routine that actually fits your life.
Condition
Gently used is fine as long as it is at least half full. No empties.
Final sale
Sale items, travel sizes, items under $15, and electronics or hot tools.

If there is a certain time you need to leave the salon by, please let me know upon arrival. (this is not canceling the haircut booked with a color or cutting hourly color short lol)
All prices are starting prices.
If you have a budget that you need to stick to or you need a price quote other than what is on my website, please ask for that BEFORE WE START THE SERVICE.
💸 Pricing, Payments & Adjustments
All pricing is starting pricing. Final cost depends on time, technique, and product used. Every head of hair is different—and so is every ritual. You’ll always get a quote before we begin, and I’ll check in along the way if anything changes.
Services are non-refundable, but if something’s off, you’ve got 7 days to come back in for a free adjustment. Please reach out ASAP so we can make it right.

Please tell me ahead of time. We can absolutely create a beautiful plan that fits your needs—but I need to know in advance. Booking a 5-hour color and switching to a 2-hour on the day-of isn’t fair to either of us.
I offer virtual and in-person consultations for a small deposit applicable toward your next visit within 30 days. They’re the best way to align on budget, goals, and reality. I may have solutions you didn’t see on the site!
I also offer guidance calls to help you reach your goals and I’ve helped countless clients and stylists alike all up and down the West Coast from Portland to San Diego and I can help you too!
💳 Card on File & Payment Policy 🔒
To reserve any appointment, a valid card on file is required. This protects the time and energy of both parties, and helps uphold the cancellation and no-show policy with fairness and clarity.
All card information is securely stored and encrypted through Stripe. Your full card number is never visible to me, and nothing is charged without prior notice.
If you wish to remove your saved card, you may:
📝Submit a request to delete your card info (no actual card numbers are saved on site, just tokens thru stripes secure gateway)

⏳ Card removal requests are processed manually within 3–5 business days. This does not cancel any scheduled appointments or waive cancellation fees already agreed upon in your Reservation Agreements.
