These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities related to both in-studio services and retail purchases at Erin Reye Hair. By booking an appointment or placing an order through erinreyehair.com, you agree to these terms.

By using this site or booking a service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and stored.

🕯️ Salon Services & Guest Agreements

Welcome, angel. This studio runs on radical care + clear boundaries—so you can relax, I can focus, and your hair can thrive. 🫶✨

⏰ Arriving Late

Please plan to arrive on time (parking, restroom, settling in, the whole ritual).

The rule: If you’re not seated in the chair within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, we may need to reschedule, and a reschedule fee may apply.
I don’t rush services—so lateness usually means we lose time we can’t get back. 🧚‍♀️

🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens—sick kids, car trouble, emergency work shifts. I get it. 🫂
Please give as much notice as possible so I can offer your spot to someone else.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee (charged to card on file).
Reschedules are always preferred over cancellations.
Cancellation fees over $100 can be paid in installments within 30 days.

✂️🎨 Haircut & Color Adjustments

If you’re not loving your hair after your service, I want to know. No weirdness, no shame. 💛

Please reach out within 7–14 days to schedule a complimentary adjustment. (Pick the number you want and keep it consistent everywhere.)
Adjustments are for refining the original plan—not changing the service into a totally new goal.
Refunds are not offered on completed services.

⏳💸 Time & Budget

All listed pricing is a starting point. Hair is chemistry + history + reality. 🧪✨

If you’re on a specific budget or have time constraints, please say so at the beginning of your service so we can make a plan that works.

💳 Card on File & Payment Agreement

To reserve any reservation, a valid card on file is required. This protects both of us and keeps the cancellation policy fair. 🤝

Card details are stored securely through Stripe (encrypted).
I cannot see your full card number.
Nothing is charged without prior notice, except fees you’ve agreed to (like late cancellation).

🧼 To Remove Your Card

If you’d like your saved card removed, you may:

Card removal requests are processed manually within 3–5 business days.
This does not cancel existing reservations or waive any fees already agreed to.

🛍️ Apothecary Returns Agreement (Exchange Only)

I truly appreciate you buying your home care through me. It keeps your results consistent and supports a tiny independent studio. 🌿✨

If you aren’t loving how something is working: text me first so we can troubleshoot technique. Most issues are usage—not you. 😘

🔄 Exchange Only

Exchange within 30 days of purchase.
No refunds.

🧪 “Jus Try It” Guarantee

If your first exchange still isn’t the one, you may exchange your exchange once.
My goal is for you to find the ritual routine that makes life easier. 🕯️🧴
