These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities related to both in-studio services and retail purchases at Erin Reye Hair. By booking an appointment or placing an order through erinreyehair.com, you agree to these terms.

By using this site or booking a service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and stored.

 💇🏼‍♀️ Salon Services & Guest Agreements 🤝

Arriving Late
Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment, including time to park, use the restroom and settle into the chair. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a reschedule fee may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens — sick kids, car trouble, emergency work shifts. I get it!  Please give as much notice as possible.
⭐️ Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee
⭐️ Reschedules are always preferred over cancellations.
⭐️ Cancelation fee can be paid in installments if over $100, within 30 days.

Haircut & Color Adjustments
If you’re not loving your hair after your appointment, I want to know. Please reach out within one week to schedule a complimentary adjustment. There are no hard feelings, your satisfaction is important to me!

Time & Budget
All pricing listed is a starting point. If you’re on a specific budget or under time constraints, please communicate this clearly at the beginning of your service.

 

💳 Card on File & Payment Policy

To reserve any appointment, a valid card on file is required. This protects the time and energy of both parties, and helps uphold the cancellation and no-show policy with fairness and clarity.

All card information is securely stored and encrypted through Stripe. Your full card number is never visible to me, and nothing is charged without prior notice.

If you wish to remove your saved card, you may:

⏳ Card removal requests are processed manually within 3–5 business days. This does not cancel any scheduled appointments or waive cancellation fees already agreed upon in your Booking Agreements.

🛍️ Refunds & Returns (Retail Only) 

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges
I truly appreciate you purchasing your haircare from me!
If you aren’t loving how a product is working please text me so we can troubleshoot usage!
You can exchange a product within 30 days of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

⭐️ Items under $10
⭐️ Electronics/Hot Tools
⭐️ Promotional/Sale tems

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed minus any payment processing fees incurred from the original transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
Haven’t received your refund? First, check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as posting delays can occur. If it still hasn’t posted, email erin@erinreyehair.com.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale.

By submitting your phone number through any form on erinreyehair.com, you agree to receive occasional text messages from Erin Reye Hair. These may include clean beauty tips, product launches, promotions, or cart reminders — but only if you opt in.

📬 Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
🔕 You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking an unsubscribe link (where applicable).
🛍️ Consent to receive marketing texts is not required to make a purchase or book a service.
🔐 Your phone number and SMS consent will never be shared or sold.
🚫 We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties.

🛒 Cart reminders
 Erin Reye Hair’s website uses cookies and tracking tools to keep track of what you place in your cart. If you abandon your cart, we may send you a gentle nudge via SMS (because clean beauty waits for no one).
