Returning Guest Booking Notes

Returning guests can book from the full ritual menu below, including Signature Haircuts, maintenance color, special express treatments, scalp rituals, chelating treatments, and blonding sessions when the hair is ready.

For blonding guests: if we have not already done a Reset Ritual together, start there first. I do not jump into lightening without setting up the hair for the best possible result, because healthy hair, curl integrity, density, and long-term wearability matter.

Please make sure your card on file is current before submitting your Reservation request. You can check or update your saved payment method by logging into The Vault.

Already added your card? You don’t need to add it again unless the card has expired, you removed it, or your payment method needs to be updated.
