📅 Appointments & Calendar Sync
When you book an appointment through our site, you may optionally sync it to your Google Calendar. This feature uses the Amelia Booking plugin and Google’s Calendar API.
We only request access to insert your appointment as a one-time event (calendar.events).
✅ The app does not read, modify, store, or share any other calendar data.
✅ We do not use calendar data for ads, analytics, or tracking.
✅ You can revoke access anytime via your Google Account settings.
We comply with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use policy.
🛍️ WooCommerce Orders
When you place a product order, we collect the personal data you provide (name, email, shipping info). This is used only to fulfill your order and communicate with you.

📦 What we store
We keep your Instagram numeric user ID, an Instagram access token, and a cached list of public media (image/video) URLs with timestamps and permalinks. We do not store your Facebook or Instagram passwords.

To display your latest Instagram posts on erinreyehair.com and keep the feed fast via short-term caching.
🧹 How to request deletion
Email erin@erinreyehair.com with the subject “Facebook/Instagram data deletion,” or submit a request at https://erinreyehair.com/contact/. We will delete the access token, Instagram user ID, and cached media within 7 days and confirm by email.
🔒 How to revoke our access yourself
In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations), select “Portfolio” (Erin Reye Hair), then Remove. This stops any future access from our site.
🗑️ What deletion covers
Removal of the Instagram access token and user ID from our systems, plus purging of cached media. Content cached by CDNs may persist briefly until their normal expiry.
📚 What we still keep
Records we are legally required to retain (e.g., invoices for tax/audit). These do not include your Facebook/Instagram login credentials.
💌 Newsletter Signup (MailerLite)
If you subscribe to updates, your email address is securely stored with MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email footer.
💬 Comments
When guests leave comments, we collect the data shown in the form, plus your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam.
If you use Gravatar, your anonymized email hash may be sent to Gravatar’s servers.

📬 Under California privacy law (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to request removal of your saved card at any time. You can do this in two ways:
