What New Guests Can Book
New guest booking is intentionally limited. That does not mean fewer options, it means more intentional starting points.
First-time guests can request services designed to give us enough time, context, and care to make a smart plan: extra-time haircuts, The Master Reset™, scalp and detox rituals, repair-first treatments, curl-supportive care, and selected color or transformation services when they make sense for your hair history.
The full service menu is available for returning guests after we have worked together, assessed your hair in person, and built a plan that protects your results long-term.

Before I lighten your hair, I need to know we are starting with the cleanest, strongest canvas possible. That is why new blonding guests begin with my signature service, The Master Reset.
The Master Reset helps remove hidden mineral buildup, product residue, and environmental gunk that interferes with lift, makes color process unevenly, and increases the risk of dryness and breakage. It also supports stressed hair with bond repair, moisture, protein, and scalp care so your color has a better chance of looking soft, healthy, dimensional, and wearable for several months, not just weeks.

For All Haircut Guests: We Build in Extra Time
First appointments are not just about the cut. They are about understanding your hair, your history, your styling habits, your sensory preferences, and what you actually want your hair to do in real life.
We’ll talk through your goals and lifestyle, then create a cut that feels realistic, wearable, and easier to care for after you leave my chair. Whether that’s a razor shag, long layers, shape correction, curl support, or simply a cut that finally makes sense.
I want you to be hella stoked on your hair! I also know hair is real, humans are real, and sometimes small adjustments are part of the process.
If you notice something after your service, like a spot that needs a little more movement, face framing that could be shorter, weight that needs lightening, a perimeter that needs refining, or one sneaky long piece that hid in the cape 🤣 please don’t hesitate to reach out, I promise it’s no problem. Complimentary adjustments are available when they fall within the salon agreement window.
