Once you have about 1/4 of the aluminum bottle left full of powder, you’ll want to get a refill and then top it off after you’ve used about 1/4 of the refill.
This is the second iteration of Hair Powder. The first one was in a shaker bottle and had both a light and dark version.
Masters of formulation, C+K listened to feedback and improved the new formula by leaps and bounds including this light, airy, precise, super-fine delivery system.
